OUR WORRY-FREE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
We offer two options for returns:
1. FREE returns for store credit. Ship it back at no cost to you.
2. Money back on original payment method. You’ll receive a full refund minus the return shipping costs of $8.95. RETURN BY MAIL:
1. Please go on VIGAUSA.com and login using your email with which you placed an order (Checked out as guest? No problem. Please create a new account using the same email you checked out with).
2. Proceed to MY ACCOUNT section, click on ORDER HISTORY tab and click Start a Return button. Please follow Instructions on the screen.
3. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed from the day the boutique receives your package.
EXCHANGE? Returns are free! Just return the item(s) and place a new order for the desired size. REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING FOR A SUCCESSFUL RETURN!
• All Returned item(s) must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and all labels and tags must be attached. • Intimates including shapewear, bras, undies, tights, and socks are final sale.
• Shoe boxes must be placed inside a larger box. We do not accept shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoe box.
• Refunds are on the merchandise value and do not include shipping or transaction fees paid at time of purchase, if applicable.
•Custom orders, Special orders are NON RETURNABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED once placed due to the custom and made to order processes involved. Personalized or logo/company promotional / any pieces cannot be returned for any reason.
*Free return shipping is limited to standard delivery within the contiguous US and APO/FPO addresses. Excludes bulk orders and drop ships. If express or overnight shipping is requested you will be responsible for the full shipping cost. Entire order must ship to a single address. Exchanged items must be repackaged in the original boxes with all labels, and all products being returned or exchanged must be in new condition. Offer may be modified or terminated at any time. Other restrictions and exclusions may apply. Valid online, by phone or mail.
Free Returns or Exchanges at any Store (US Only)
Custom Orders & Close Out Items:
Customized and Custom Made items cannot be returned. These are orders by which the customer chooses the color, design, style, pieces, details, logo/personalized products etc . Lyudviga Haute Couture LLC will make a fair attempt to offer alternatives that address your concern. Items marked Close Out are not returnable – they are first quality but are no longer manufactured or stocked . Close out and sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.
Take the item(s) you would like to return to any of our stores nationwide. Please bring your shipping invoice to the store for processing your return or exchange. We will exchange the item or give you full credit for the purchase price of the item. Please Note: If the item is being exchanged, we recommend that you phone the store(s) near you first to see if they have the desired item in stock. If the item requested is not available, you may still return your product at the store and reorder online.
For returns processed 90 days or more from date of shipment, a Gift Card will be issued if an exchange isn’t requested. If you are the recipient of a gift, please provide your full name, shipping address and email address (if available). Returns received more than one year after date of shipment will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. At your request, Gift Cards are available for all exchanges made prior to 90 days from date of shipment.
-Exchanges processed prior to 14 days are subject to availability. In the event that the item you requested for an exchange is no longer available, a refund will be processed as stated below.
-Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow 1 or 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Gift Cards are available upon request.
-Refunds and Gift Cards will include product and tax amount only. If an incorrect item was shipped, or products were flawed or damaged in transit, prior to 90 days, we will also include the shipping charges in your refund.
-Return merchandise must be in store bought condition.
We cannot accept COD returns.
